ABOUT CSTC

Over 25 years of building safer futures in construction.
For more than two decades, CSTC has been the go-to training provider for Western Australia’s construction industry—supporting workers across civil, commercial, residential, and resource sector projects. We specialise in delivering practical, high-quality training that helps individuals and teams stay safe, skilled, and site-ready.

FUNDING WA Construction Training Fund (CTF)

CSTC can offer subsidised training to eligible workers, thanks to funding from the Construction Training Fund (CTF), a Western Australian Government initiative established to increase skills, safety, and productivity across the construction sector.
The CTF is funded through a levy on eligible WA construction projects, with revenue reinvested into training and upskilling initiatives for the industry.
If you meet the CTF eligibility criteria, you will only be required to pay the gap fee between the CTF subsidy and the full course cost.

Eligibility is determined by the CTF and may vary depending on your employment status, job role, and the course being undertaken. To find out if you are eligible, please contact CSTC to discuss your individual circumstances before enrolling.
Additionally, CFMEU members receive a 20% discount on all courses offered by CSTC.

CSTC acknowledges the ongoing support of the CTF in helping to build a safer, stronger, and more skilled construction workforce in Western Australia.

OUR VISION

To set the benchmark for construction training excellence.
We are driving an industry-wide commitment to safety, personal growth, and well-being—raising the bar for what it means to build safely and sustainably across all corners of construction.

OUR MISSION

Training that protects people, strengthens teams, and shapes a safer industry.
At CSTC, we do more than deliver training—we empower. Our programs are built around the real risks and needs of the construction industry, providing workers with the up-to-date skills and knowledge they need to stay safe and thrive on-site.

As Western Australia’s trusted training partner, we are proud to help create a culture of proactive safety, confident decision-making, and lifelong learning—one worker, one site, and one course at a time.
